Ans Yes, GTA does offer a certificate of completion on the successful completion of a course to help you demonstrate your accomplishment.

Do you offer SPOC’s (small private online courses)

Ans Yes, GTA does offer small private online courses. However, it is at the sole discretion of the trainers on board.

How can I Register as a Learner on the GTA platform?

Ans It is simple. You just need to Sign up as a Learner with the details and Log in

What if the I am unable to attend the scheduled training program ?

Ans We regret to inform that re appearing for the same training program may be subject to the training scheduled, however you may attend the broad cast training or connect with your Trainer through the Bridge Connect APP

How will I be able to clear my doubts?

Ans Make a note of all your queries and mail it to the trainer. The trainer may provide all clarifications in the reply mail itself or may address them in the upcoming broadcast session conducted by the trainer.

What is the purpose behind conducting practical training assessment?

Ans The training assessment will help trainees to assess their learnings on the concepts covered in the course.

Will the tests be Multiple Choice Question based or subjective?

Ans GTA assessment engine allows trainers to create multiple question types including MCQ, true/false, drag and drop, match the following, and subjective questions. Therefore, it is up to the trainer to select which type of questions he/she would like to include in his/her course.

Will the tests be through online or pen-paper mode?

Ans Assessments will be conducted through online mode only.

Will there be any negative marking in these assessment?

Ans There is no negative marking in these assessment

Is it mandatory to offer Assessment with a Training Course/Program?

Ans It is the sole discretion of the Trainer whether to include Assessments in his/her training course or program. However, as assessments are essential to evaluate whether the learning goals and outcomes of your course are being met, we recommend including them in your course.

Where should I contact in case of any queries/ clarifications required regarding the portal?

Ans For queries/clarifications, you may mail to team@globaltrainersacademy.live, or raise a ticket on the Contact Us form on the portal for technical queries.

What is the syllabus for the assesment tests?

Ans These tests are being introduced to assess the knowledge gained by the students during the course of practical training and their ability to apply their subject specific skills while undergoing their training in that particular area. Hence, there is no defined syllabus for these tests. However, fields in which practical training is being imparted have been identified.

I have registered for training in City A and from there, I have been deputed to work in City B Where can I register for the test?

When will I get the result of these assessment?

Ans The result of these tests will be notified immediately in case of ojbjective answeres and 15 days for subjective type assesment.

What is the grading criterion for these tests?

Ans Students will be assigned grades based on their performance in the assessments as below:
a. 80% and above – A grade
b. 60% and above but below 80% – B grade
c. 40% and above but below 60% – C grade
d. Below 40% – D grade

In case I do not appear in the test(s), what will be the consequences?

Ans If you are eligible to appear in the assessments and do not appear for assessments, you will not receive a certificate.

If I am not satisfied with the grade I received, will I be allowed to re-appear in the test?

Ans If you are not satisfied with your grade, you will be given two more chances to re-appear in the assessment. A nominal fee Rs.500/- or an amount as decided by the Trainer and will be charged for every re-attempt. The best grade will be considered for inclusion in the mark sheet. Please note that the initial attempt and two repeat attempts can be taken only within a period of 2 months.

How do I drop or add a course?

Ans Sorry, but GTA doesn't have access to Course enrolments. These are handled by the Trainers.

I can't find or open content in my course.

Ans Your instructor may have put conditions on the release of content; therefore, you are requested to contact your Trainer. Your Trainer controls the availability of all the contents of the course including assessments and assignments.

I need more time in my course.

Ans If you need to extend access to your course due to registering late or illness, please contact your Trainer. Course enrolments are handled differently by each Trainer. if your instructor has granted access to a course in a your course will show on your Courses page under the term it was held.

I was in the middle of a task when I lost everything.

Ans Unfortunately, the information is probably lost permanently. You'll need to recreate it. If you experience problems during the assessment and can't continue, contact your trainer immediately. GTA doesn't have access to your Content/Curriculum and can't help you with these issues.

You might lose information if any of these situations occur:
The internet connection dropped.
The browser was refreshed.
Your browser timed out due to inactivity. GTA has a security setting that logs you out if it doesn't receive any input for a period of time.

These tips can help you avoid this issue in the future:
Use a wired connection, if possible, when you take an assessment/test. Some wireless internet connections are less reliable.
- Don't refresh the browser page.
- Don't close the browser window.
- Don't use the browser's back button.
- If possible, write out the text in an external application and then paste it into Blackboard Learn. Working offline first ensures that your work won't be lost while you work on it in GTA
- If you're working in assignments, save frequently to avoid browser timeout issues.

Can I prevent the loss of text?

Ans While you add text to your course, you can protect against loss of work if an internet connection loss or software error occurs. You can type in an offline simple text editor, such as Notepad or Text Edit, and then copy and paste your work into your course.

Or, before you submit or save, you can copy all of the text you want to add. Select the text and right-click to copy it. You can also use key combinations to copy and paste:

Windows: Ctrl + A to select all the text, Ctrl + C to copy, and Ctrl + V to paste.

Mac: Command + A to select all the text, Command + C to copy, and Command + V to paste.

Can I paste text from Microsoft® Word?

Ans Yes, you may. However, to have the best results paste unformatted text in the editor and format it with the available options.

How do I view GTA in another language?

Ans You can see GTA in different languages with language preference and as per the content uploaded by the Trainer. As of now we the Trainer may choose to offer Training in any Language. We are working on the Language choosing option which will be up in some time

How do I report other users for abuse?

Ans You can report the abuse of the tools at team@globaltrainersacademy.live. When you report a user, your Trainer and the portal reviews the content and reported user, before taking action based on the policy for online safety.

Do I get a refund for my course ?

Ans No, there is no refund for your courses. The amount paid gets credited in the GTA wallet for future course purchases. For more details, please refer to the Refund Policy available on the portal.

How do I find that it is the right program for me?

Ans Creating and uploading courses GTA is not very difficult if you are new to this platform. Go with your specialization and expertise, choose the category under which your Course would best fit in, and create your course. Once you finish uploading all the course contents, publish your course to make it available to your target audience. For further help please refer to the help section. Refer the Course "How to Create Impactful Course" developed to help you make a great start.

How can I Register as a Trainer on the GTA platform?

Ans Trainers, Coaches and Facilitators who are specialist in their own domain and have several transformation/success stories to their credit. Of course, the other factor depends on the Individuals experience.
1) You need to Sign Up as a Trainer with the details 2) You will receive an activation email mail, you need to click on the activation email 3) Visit the website and Log in with the registered email address

You need to be a Certified Trainer / Experienced Trainer from any reputed Institution, of course, the course certificates have to be uploaded on the profile page and it may be verified to maintain the authenticity of the platform

You may attend the TTT program for a subject of your choice and get certified by Industry experts already impanelled on the GTA site. The GSU certification can acknowledge you as a Trainer.

Is there a Registration Fee?

Ans Yes, there is a nominal fee for registration, which gives you access to a world of opportunities to empower you as a " Trainerpreneur". By opting for a paid registration, you not only get access to the platform, but also to your Personal Branding Tool Kit, the Learning Management System (LMS), and the Bridge Connect.

How and when will I receive my dues post-training?

Ans GTA offers a Payment Gateway which will get credited by the individual/institution that purchases your course. You will receive your dues post deduction of 15% Admin charges and taxes as applicable within 15 working days post the feedback is uploaded by the individual/institution and disputes are sorted if any. You can check out the Price Estimator feature to get a fair idea about your approximate earnings.

How can I get my Content Certified ?

Ans You may write to us at team@globaltrainersacademy.live share your requirements and we will get back to you with the details.
1) You will have to share the content.
2) A Legal Declaration that the content you are submitting is not copied.
3) The review will take a month.
4) The Content certified will be stamped and shared back to you at your proffered address Email / Location Address.

Can I create my own assessments? Is there any set format or am I free to create any type of assessment and include any type of question within an assessment?

Ans Yes, you can create any type of assessment and any type of question within an assessment based on the training content. Share the assessment questions with us at team@globaltrainersacademy.live. Our backend team will upload it to the portal to enable the trainees to take the assessment online. The result and the report of these assessments will be generated and shared with both of you.

Can I delete the Content I uploaded ?

Ans To safeguard the interest of the learners taking your course, you will be able to edit the course but not delete it once is published. In case you want to delete your content, you need to write to us at team@globaltrainersacademy.live. We will verify the reasons behind such a request and accordingly inform you about our decision after conducting due diligence at our end.

Do you have a Content verification process ?

Ans Yes, we do have an internal content verification process in place. However, you need to declare that all content and images in your course are your own and not plagiarized from any other media before publishing the course.

Do I get to see a Dashboard for all my transactions ?

Ans Yes there is a Dashboard which in present for all the registered trainers , it is underdevelopment , however any report as required as per your need will be shared with you with the supporting's. You may email us on team@globaltrainersacademy.live

Will I be listed along with other Trainers ?

Ans No you will have your own exclusive GTA based webpage that will be created for you as a part of the Branding Tool Kit where you will share the links with the students and fellow colleagues , just like an exclusive access. Also is you are creating a live training program then it will be displayed on the main webpage of the portal. We at GTA promote the course of the Trainers. But your courses will be displayed on the website if you are going live.

To what extent can I upload the content ?

Ans It is unlimited as of now, however it depends on your usage of the GTA platform for Training delivery.

How is my curriculum protected from Piracy?

Ans The GTA platform does not allow the content to be viewed till the time it is not purchased. The trainees cannot download the courses, they will have to visit the purchased course every time they need to refresh their knowledge.

How Do I Monetize my Training Program ?

Ans GTA offers a Learning Management System, a Content Delivery System, and an Assessment System to provide a structured solution to your training. With the inbuilt Personal Branding Tool Kit, you may choose any or all media links to promote your training programs. Likewise, you can also share your profile with the Corporates and the trainees to give them a synopsis of your profile and your training program.

Does the Registration Fee Include the Bridge Broadcast Fee Too ?

Yes, the registration fee is for all the mandatory functionalities provided to you to get your course up and running. These include:
1. Personal Branding Tool Kit
2. Dashboard
3. Payment Gateway
4. Online Assessment Functionality (with feedback and scorecards)
5. Access to Bridge Broadcast*
6. Digital ID Card
*However, you may note and remember that Bridge Broadcast service is chargeable on a per student per-hour basis.

Can I load more than 1 Training Program?

Ans Yes you may load more than 1 training program based on your specialization and expertise. You can load the content in one or different courses

Since I am a Coach I do not have a Training Content ? Can I still use the GTA platform?

Ans GTA offers an LMs System, in case you do not have a course, create a basic curriculum / content in the LMS so that the visitor to your profile will be able to clearly understand what to expect from your expertise and how will it benefit to them in the long run. Since LMS is equipped with, offering a small content for free you may choose to given the users a glimpse of your coaching

I am unable to see the course category I specialize in. What should I do?

Ans We have identified and listed all the major categories under which nearly any training course can be accommodated. However, if you still feel the need for some category that does not exist, we would like to hear from you. Please do write to us on team@globaltrainersacademy.live

Does GTA takes the responcilbity to get me Business ?

Ans GTA is sharing your responsibility to make your business presence stronger. However, we have not yet begun Business Development on behalf of the Trainers. However, we do promote the courses offered by the Trainers. In case you need some special services, we can offer you the same as a customized solution.

Is there a language restriction on the GTA or I have to post curriculum in English only?

Ans GTA is an inclusive platform and invites Trainers with any language specialization to upload their content. We are working on language translation automation for further growth.

Where do I direct questions about my Bill ?

Are there any sources of Financial Aid available for the Students ?

Ans We are working on it and will upload the information shortly

How do I obtain my Digital Trainers Card?

Ans Once you have accepted the Terms and Condition , a Trainers ID will be generated which will exclusively help you pursue your entrepreneur journey with GTA

How will I be able to certify the students / learners?

Ans Once the trainee/learner has successfully completed the course and the assessments, you (Trainer) will be able to certify the learner. GTA has an inbuilt certificate template in the create Training Program section

Where should I direct Technology-based questions?

I did not receive the confirmation mail after registration. What should I do?

Ans The Confirmation email will be received by you in your registered email address. You are requested to check your SPAM / JUNK mail too.

Likewise please check the internet browser ( Chrome or Internet Explorer) as the one works better than the other .

I am unable to upload video and pictorial content ?

Ans One of the reasons you face any kind of issue on video upload is that your internet connection is interrupted or lost. Check your internet connection and then try uploading the video again. If it is not so then make sure your video is not too large or in a format that is not supported by GTA. Please note, your video content should be in MP4 format and the pictures in PNG format. If everything else is fine and you are still facing the issue then please check the internet browser you are using. We suggest using Chrome/Internet Explorer for the best experience. You may select the one that works better for you.

Do you promote the Trainers ?

Ans GTA does not promote any one particular trainer /s. However we promote the platform and the courses available on the platform. But, if you want some support in this regard. It is offered as a customized solution. You can connect with us on 75063 00852 / 6787 5105

Will my contact details be published ?

Ans You have an option to share/unshare your contact details on GTA. You may do so by turning the slider ON for the sections you wish to include in your Public Profile for your audience to view. The Bridge Connect Chat feature will help you to communicate with your learners.

Is the registration fee a one-time charge?

Ans No, the registration is renewed every year, therefore, you will need to pay this fee yearly.

Is it required to offer Assesment along with any Training Program?

Ans It is the sole discretion of the Trainer to avail the existing assesment test to prepare the training program better keeping in mind the student's personality and are for development. Since the content may be standard but deliverables may change as per the Batch size. Also it is Good practise to follow since these assesment are scientific in nature and helps determine the level of transformation the student will be before and after the training.

In which format can I save the Curriculum?

Ans You may save the curriculum in Word, PowerPoint, PDF and in video formats too. You also have an option for recording your training and using Bridge for broadcasting it. ( This will help you build a sustainable income for your Training Program / s . The in built LMS system has it's own format bar. you may cut and paste your content and attach the videos and pictures.

To remove the Word formatting after you paste the text in the editor, select all the text and select the Remove Formatting icon. Only use this option if you understand that all formatting will be removed. All bullets, numbered lists, indentations, line spacing, cantered text, and font formatting and sizing will be removed.

How do I avoid Plagiarism ?

Ans You can avoid plagiarism by:
• Presenting your own content, examples, and ideas
• Citing the source details whenever you are using an idea or words that’s not your own
• Using a plagiarism checker


Understand how to cite your sources. Confirm which style of citing sources your instructors expect as they have many to choose from. Know the style each instructor prefers. If you have a choice, choose one style and use it consistently.

Plan your assignment work. Summarize your original idea and plan how you intend to express it. Create drafts and outlines, indicate what sources you intend to find, and explain how you intend to use them.

Know your subject. The more familiar you're with the subject, the more likely you are to use your own words. The more sources you look at, the more familiar you'll become with the subject. Be sure to track your sources.

Take notes when you review sources. Good note taking can help organize your thoughts and express someone else's ideas in your own words.

Cite your sources. If you're unsure, err on the side of caution and cite your sources.

How do I create content?

Ready to add content to your course? You create your individual pieces of content in Create Manage ours content areas, learning modules, lesson plans, and folders. In manage course you create content from menus for content items, tests, assignments, and links to tools.

Can I hide course content from Learners until I'm ready?

Ans Yes, your course contents aren’t available on the platform until you publish your course. It is only after you acknowledge that all content and images in your course are my own and not plagiarized from any other media and Publish your course, it becomes available to your audience.

In which format can I deliver/publish the content/curriculum?

Ans You may deliver/publish the content/curriculum in any of the formats you choose to including text, graphics, audio, and video. You also have an option for delivering live/recorded training programs using the Bridge Connect Broadcast feature.

How do I Upload Assesment for my courses?

Ans ~- Test You can create tests to assess student knowledge. You can add question types, such as Multiple Choice, True/False, Matching,D78Calculated, and Essay.
- Survey - Surveys are ungraded tests. Use surveys to poll student opinion and
conduct class evaluations. Survey results are anonymous.
- Self and Peer Assessment - You can allow students to review the work of their classmates through Assessment criteria-based evaluation and constructive feedback.
You can build customized assignments from textbooks and resources.

How do I use various content from any content partner for my courses?

Ans `- Search for Textbook You can include information about the textbooks used in your course. The textbook information is also included in the course catalo where prospective students can access this information prior to enrolment. Manual Entry Textbook If your search doesn’t return the result you want, you can provide the information needed.

`- Content Market Discover content from third-party providers and publishers to enhance your course without having to build content from scratch.

Will GTA promote me as a Trainer?

Ans GTA is an equal opportunity platform hence it does not promote any 1 particular trainer or person. But GTA promotes the courses available on its's platform. Likewise GTA has extensive marketing plans using technology, where trainers can participate to build their market presence.

Will GTA promotions get me business?

Ans GTA has been developed to empower trainers and offer them cutting edge technology and support at all times.
It is an Enterprise solution for every independent trainer.

Does GTA protect the Trainers Content ?

Ans GTA is built on a customized platform and computer coding is done by our in house trainers without using any easily available links and programs, hence it has taken utmost care to make it hack proof because of which the content of the course is safe.

The Learner cannot download any of your content for further circulation, neither can the learner download the broadcast.

Does GTA give credits to the Trainer for the course?

Ans The course content is the property of the Trainer, GTA offers a cutting edge technology to reach out to several people beyond boundaries who may not be able to make it to to your training program.

How much time does it take to upload the content?

Ans Well if you have your course content ready, it will not take more than 30 mins to upload it on the portal. You can immediately start using the portal and share the course details and your profile to your learners and target audience.

How much does the subscription cost ?

Ans There are various packages available on the Pricing Page of the GTA website (www.globaltrainersacademy.live) You may choose a pack of your choice and customize it as per your requirement. As of now, we have a flat lockdown price of 7500+GST for a yearly subscription.

How do I monetize my Training Videos ?

Ans Any legitimate content can be monetized through GTA, you do not have to wait for a minimum or a maximum number of subscription for the broadcast. You may monetize your courses with 1 or many.

With Bridge Connect’s Broadcast feature you can take your Training Programs globally without any obstacle of time and location.

There are free videos available on the internet. How will someone buy my online course ?

How do I create a course on GTA

Ans Click the Create New Course option available on your dashboard. Fill all the information on this page. This is just like creating a cover page for your course.
Next, click the Manage Courses option. This section allows you to easily create your course by enabling you to add your course material in a very organized manner as well as edit the course details. To add your course materials, click Edit Course Content.
Click the add module button to start creating your course and adding content items or topics to the course. Click save to save the work you have added to the course.
Please note, the user interface of the platform is very user friendly.
Appropriate icons with tooltip options are provided to help users create courses easily.
